A consultation is 15 minutes for you to chat with your artist about the work that you are having done. We can book your appointment on the day of your consultation

Cancellation Policy

TREATMENTS Here at The Academy we understand that in special circumstances you may need to cancel your appointment. However please understand that we are running a small business and should you cancel or not attend an appointment this has an effect on the business. LASH COURSES A £50 booking fee is required to secure your place on our lash courses, should you cancel your course in good time then the booking fee is refundable. However if you cancel your course with short notice and a replacement student can not be found in time which would result in the company suffering a loss your booking fee is non refundable. Your booking fee will be deducted from the cost of your lash course. SERVICES & TREATMENTS In some cases there may be a booking fee required for treatments, should you cancel your treatment in good time then the booking fee is refundable. However if you cancel with short notice and a replacement client can not be found in time which would result in the company suffering a loss your booking fee is non refundable.
