BOOKING FEE

Hey there is always reasons why we can't make it however,

​

If you have been required to pay a booking fee the T's & C's are as follows:

​

Should you not attend without notice your Course / Treatment or workshop and the Academy suffers a loss and can not find a replacement because you have not attended this is NON REFUNDABLE.

Should you cancel in due course and a replacement can be found then your Booking Fee is fully refundable.

PATCH TESTING

​

Patch testing is required 48 prior to your appointment for a tinting treatment.

​

It is recommended that a patch test be carried out 48 hours before a lash treatment.

We have a strict no children under 12 policy here at the academy.
