Shipping & Delivery Costs

Your shipping / delivery cost will be displayed to you in the product purchasing section of this website, these costs are calculated by our courier services that we use and are based on the weight of the package.

Shipping & Delivery Timings

​

The aim is to have your parcel delivered to you on time as per the time stated on the delivery of the product that you are purchasing, however there may be times when delivery is delayed which is out of our control. For Next Day Delivery orders must be received before 3pm to allow time for your order to be processed, packed and shipped.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

​

Should your product arrive to you and it is faulty or damaged please call customer services. The item must be returned to us and we will either exchange the product or give you a refund. The product must be unopened and unused.
